Tamarind Pan-Asian Restaurant is proud to present Diwali Beats with The Zero Point on the 10th of November (Saturday). An evening filled with music, food, drinks and lots of Diwali sparkle!  

 Diwali, the festival of lights & joy, is celebrated every autumn. It signifies the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. Diwali is celebrated with music, lights, fireworks and sharing traditional sweets. Come to celebrate the festival of Diwali this year with live performances by The Zero Point, an ensemble of musicians, singers and arrangers who collaborate to perform South Asian music with their own unique arrangements of tunes from Bollywood and beyond, including Sufi, Folk, Jazz, Funk and more! When the doors open at 8pm you can enjoy sumptuous free-flow tapas of Pan-Asian delicacies (Tapas from 8-11pm) and live performances begin at 9pm. Tickets are also inclusive of 2 standard drinks, an after party with a Bollywood DJ and hangover breakfast at 2am. Reserve your tickets and celebrate Diwali with both beats & a bang!

About The Zero Point

The Zero Point is an ensemble of musicians, singers and arrangers that have come together to explore and promote contemporary South Asian music in Hong Kong. 

The group performs original arrangements of the best tunes from Bollywood and beyond, including sufi, folk, Punjabi, Hindustani classical, jazz, funk, rock, pop, R&B and soul.

Named after The Zero Point train station, a real-life crossroads between India and Pakistan, they represent a point of exchange between cultures and languages, musical genres and rhythms.
